Listening Hearts Childrens Ministry has plenty of opportunities for you and your team. Facts about the outreach

1. Education is limited to many of the kids.

2. Hygiene is very poor due to no running water.

3. Living conditions is poor due to impoverished housing.

4. Salary is low about under $40 dollars a week.

5. Single parents that have about 5 children struggle financially.

6. Limited resources to the kids and single parents.

7. There is no welfare or medical for these parents and kids.

8. Food is expensive almost the prices as the states.

9. Housing is not really housing more like shacks that are falling down.

10. The majority of children dont have the opportunity to attend school due to lack of money.

11. Many of the children get taken away to foster care due to living conditions.

12. Families do not go to church unless the churches visit the community.

13. Listening Hearts works with two-hundred childrens from el canon del cordero located in Baja California Mexico.

14. Its important for us as an outreach to focus on this community because all of these facts above are true and what donations we receive impacts greatly the community.
